I. CIRCLE FORMATION AND GROUNDING
To begin, Artists spread around the globe will join together at an agreed upon time. They will form a Circle on the first new moon after a Solstice and renew it on the three succeeding new moons. This world-wide Circle will be called CIRCLE OF THE EARTH. When they do this, they will join their minds together to make a circle of energy. They will increase the intensity of this energy until all the Artists in CIRCLE OF THE EARTH (COE) are formed into one being. When this light fusion has taken place, they will then ground the Circle as a unitary entity and set it in place on the earth's surface as a mind network. Thus, afterwards, after each Artist has left this ceremony to return to his/her daily life, he/she will always carry the image of that Circle in his/her mind. That is the meaning of groundedness.
II. FELLOWSHIP FORMATION AND GROUNDING
Now these Artists will direct the energy of this grounding outwards. At first this will mean gathering a group of convert-to-Artists who will now form fellowships, many small circles within the Circle. These fellowships will come to understand New Art through the celebration and performance of ceremonies, rituals and feasts, through reading written works about the earth and its poetry, by coming to know the earth-spirit part of themselves and the corresponding power beings, by developing their shamanic techniques, by studying and living by the Earth Calendar, by knowing Our Earth Mother and The Great Spirit Father Creator of the Universe. This phase will continue until all fellowship members are individually, completely grounded in the Circle.
III. RECRUITMENT OF MEMBERS
The small circle fellowships gradually will begin to move outwards also. Individually, as groups, they will make art. Their art will include works in various media that can alter consciousness and cause a religious reverence for the earth, live and electronic media earth ceremonies, education for the public in earth spirituality through seminars in wilderness-nature settings, television and other media earth information, involvement in political earth issues, written explanations, public speaking and public relations, liaison with the major religious groups of the world, public education in religious experiences (RFSs), public psychic art ceremonies to dedicate buildings, parks, public office installations, etc. One major purpose of art at this stage will be recruitment, targeted to a broad audience.
As more and more people join COE, an apportionment naturally will occur between artists, whose specialty and life-work is the spirit of the earth, and members, whose advocacy is the spirit of the earth but whose specialty and life-work exists in another area of society. What these two hold in common as a purpose is the new idea that art should have a decisive role in the formation and management of society, to envision the time when COE includes everyone within itself, and COE and society as a whole are identical.
IV. INITIAL MANIFESTATION OF THE CIRCLE IN SPACE AND TIME
At this point, one-twentieth to one-fourth of the world's population will be artists and members of CIRCLE OF THE EARTH. With this base, COE will turn completely outwards in the final stages of transformation. Art will change to incorporate all of society. COE will begin to transform the major media and newspapers. COE will seek representation in the elected bodies of government. COE will open its festivals and ceremonies to the public and invite everyone to participate. A new world-wide earth calendar movement will begin. This calendar will be critical to the meaning and success of COE. Once the calendar is placed in consciousness, the true nature of CIRCLE OF THE EARTH will reveal itself: that New Art is not a political movement, or a spiritual awakening, but merely an attribute of the Circle. The Circle exists and is all, and everything is a part of it. This is the grounding of the Circle in humankind as a whole.
V. COMPLETE MANIFESTATION OF THE CIRCLE
IN SPACE AND TIME
And the remaining realization of the Circle's manifestation will be natural and completely accepted, a next step in evolution. The Circle will rewrite our laws and legislation to conform with itself. The Circle will bring human science and technology in harmony with itself. The Circle will re-design and make-over our living spaces, our media, our thoughts and mores, our education to synchronize with the wonderful powers of the earth.
Everything will now be harmonized, and men and women will welcome their true natures. All of the earth will now be Art. This is the New Art that I mean. This is the re-awakening of the shamans' voices that I mean. This is the spell and incantation I cast. I say these things, and I ask they be so, oh, Mother and Spirit Father.
I say these things and I invite Your power down here to join me. For too long, Mother and Father, I have joined You in placing a curse upon humankind, in sending up prayers to the skies and to the earth beings for its needed cleansing. But, now I see the dream that You wish for me and for my fellow creatures. With Your blessings, I now set that dream in place. I cast this spell. I make this Circle. I cause this seed to be planted in the human mind. In Your names, oh, Mother and Father, I ask these things. In Your names, I ask for this new awareness. We have come to the time now when such things must be known--because it is the time. So, I ask these things, because I feel Your power and desire. I say these things and wish it. So be it, Blessed Be.
