When we decided to initiate CIRCLE OF THE EARTH, this meeting spot for YOU AND I, we said:

Yeah! That's right. We're not kidding. We all do know at some level--or, let's say, at our deepest place--that most of the decisions made about how humans occupy and act on, to, and for this planet are both self- and earth-poisoning.

What we're talking here is consciousness, respect, inner-spirit knowing: About remembering, in all acts that we do, that the Earth, the location we're standing on and taking for granted as we scurry and do, is SACRED GROUND. But we do not SEE that. Do we? And, yet, if we do not begin fairly quickly to SEE AND DO that, we can begin, instead, to do something else. We can begin to say "bye-bye." Let's see, for one--we've got 7 billion people squeezed on here now. Going on 8. A few years ago, it was just 2 or 3. How did we ever let that happen? Are we nuts or just incompetent? Oh, there's Great fun to come.

95% of U.S.A.ers now think that reality is what the media-gods create for them to see on TV. And that My Space is "real"--as are their "friends" there. Jesus, these people are allowed to vote. Are we nuts?

We made-up this sky God who then informed us that we ruled the Earth. What he couldn't tell us, because he's up there somewheres and not here, was how knowingly, intelligently to do that. Hey, I guess we need some new dieties, don't we? "Get down, down, down a little closer to the ground."

Then there's our health and all those drug companies putting out a better pill. And doctors who are anxious to operate on your liver or spleen for 45 grand (even, sometimes, if you don't need it). But our health seeking process leaves out one of its most important components: your mind. And, too, I would say you need to get in touch with that healing consciousness as things here do worsen. Oh, by the way, did I tell you: I have written a book about that. ("Self Healing")And, yes, you're right, we do in fact sell it right here on this very site.
