Why is it you never see or hear the term "white trash" used? Especially in this age of political correctness, there's a lot of concern for anyone calling anyone else a nigger, kike, wop, dyke, cunt, fag or greaser. But you never see on the evening news some person saying in a courtroom, "Your honor, he violated my civil rights. He called me white trash." It isn't that we don't all know people who would easily fit this racial stereotype. There are millions of them. In fact, a lot of what's dorky in this country can be attributed to them. It's just that, for some reason, no one thinks of doing it. After all, they're just like us, except poor and uneducated. Or maybe it's because they're not a minority--they're a great big, friggin' majority. Maybe it's because, with their numbers, we can't squash them into pieces of mental nothingness like we can helpless minorities: "So, I called you a nigger, what are you going to do about it, nigger." But if you call them white trashers, they just might decide to get together and blow up the whole city with bombs. And who's going to stop them? The police? They love the white trash--their biggest allies against the niggers and greasers. But that's not all the folks that love them. Politicians love them because they're so easily manipulated. Not to mention businesspeople because they'll pay too much for useless junk, and bankers because they're always borrowing money, and television networks, because they eat up all their dumb shit programs. And,what's more, as far as love goes, they're Christian. In fact, if we are going to call them names, we might as well be accurate. They're not the white trash; they're really the White Trash Christians. What Matthew Fox (more formally) called Christofascists. Now let me ask you a question. How do you tell a Moslem fundamentalist from a Christian fundamentalist? Easy. If someone's a Moslem fundamentalist, we bomb the shit out of them, but if someone is a Christian fundamentalist, we send them to Congress. Otherwise, they're both the same know-nothing, blind, bigoted idiots. The (southern) White Trash Christians took over the Legislature for a while. They really want to take over the world. So, in my opinion, it's not only right that we start calling them what they are. It's an important political statement. And wouldn't it be nice to see a little honesty and truth in advertising for once:

P.S.>>I hope you do see that the term "white trash" today includes many, many more than those traditionally belonging to a certain racial stock.
